Vallavan�s smooch hoardings wreak havoc in Andhra

Following the custom of dubbing the sensational Tamil movies to Telugu, Simbu�s Divali release Vallavan is released in Andhra dubbed as Vallabha.

Since Simbu and Nayanthara are already branded in Tollywood for their earlier movies, the movie is expected to hit the bull�s eye. On the other hand though, initial reports suggest a not-so-good outcome at the box offices in Andhra. Since these are only preliminary findings, the movie�s destiny will only be decided after judging the collections for a few weeks.

Whilst on the subject, the infamous smooch hoardings that caused mayhem in Chennai did their round of chaos in Andhra too. Women welfare organizations in the city of Anandapuram took to the roads in remonstration of these posters.

They tore down the posters all over the city, especially those glued in the walls of schools and educational institutions. Following this, police intervened in the issue for fear of disturbance of the law and order situation. It is learnt that the crowd was disbursed later.
