Kamal launches Pon Malai Pozhudhu audio

The audio launch of AG Creations Pon Malai Pozhudhu, the debut of legendary poet Kannadasan's grandson, Aadhav, was a star studded affair at the Sathyam theatres this morning.

The highlight of the event was the coming together of Kamal Hassan and Vairamuthu, who both share links with the legendary poet and encouraged the entry of a hero from his family into the film world.

The film marks the debut of director AC Durai and heroine Gayathrie as well. The music is by C Sathya of Engeyum Eppodhum fame and two songs and a trailer were shown. Kishore plays the hero’s dad in this film on love and a father -son bonding.

The lyrics are by Madan Karky, Thamarai and Karthik Netha. A club song by Karki was shown in which he has used only Tamil words, while another was a love song shot in Kolkata featuring the hero and his friends along with glimpses of the heroine.

The film seems to be an adolescent love story and Aadhav has played a school boy in the movie and worked hard to get the look right.

The other dignitaries present included AR Murgadoss, Vishnu, Shanthnu,Blaaze, Pandiraj, GNR Kumaravel,T Siva, Prithvi, Madan Karky and Karthik Neta.

Kamal first launched the audio which was received by Vairamuthu while later he launched the trailer received by Murgadoss, Pandiraj and others.
