Vallavan moved for Diwali

The work on Simbu - Nayantara starrer 'Vallavan' began a long time ago. Almost two years have passed and the film's shooting is still going on.

'Vallavan' was launched with lot of controversy thanks to the 'lip bitintg' posters that popped up all over the city of Chennai. This led to protests and the posters and banners were eventually removed. But it did serve its purpose. Then Simbu began bringing in one heroine after the other.

He now has three heroines and atleast two unconfirmed item numbers. The producer is rumored to be tired of the skyrocketing budget but it is now too late to complain. The music of 'Vallavan' has hit the market already and is now getting lot of airplay on local FM radio stations.

The film is going to be released on Diwali this year. That is also the day when the megabudget 'Shivaji' will be released too!

Nayantara meanwhile continues to refuse all film offers in Tamil. She has three films in Telugu and seems pretty happy with it.
