After early hiccups, Dileep�s Kochi Rajavu has emerged the winner at the Vishu box-office. The other three films - Albhuthadweep, Chandrolsavam and Alice in Wonderland are all wash outs! Kochi Rajavu is an average grosser and has garnered Rs 4.01 Crore in 21 days from 44 screens with a distributor�s share of Rs 1.73 Crore! This film made at a cost of Rs 2.50 Crore including print and publicity may scrape through in the long run.
Kochi Rajavu produced by Shogun films became a hit due to its publicity campaign and number of television appearance by its hero Dileep. Their 25th day poster campaign slogan is attractive It says- Ithu Albhutha Vijayam Alla, Arhathayulla Vijayam�. (This is not an unusual victory but a deserving victory)
Dileep definitely knows the pulse of the audience!
