Shankar Mahadevan with Madhavan

After a long gap Shankar Mahadevan is scoring music for a Tamil film. Shankar Mahadevan who has sung many songs in Tamil has along with his friends Ehsan Noorani and Loy Mendonsa.

The trio scored music for many Hindi films. His maiden Tamil movie as music director is Aalavandaan. After that Kamal Hassan had approached him for Dhasavathaaram.

But for some reasons Shankar couldn�t work for that film. Shankar-Ehsan-Loy were booked for a film that was to be directed by Pratap Bhothan. Even some of the songs were also composed. But the film was dropped for unknown reasons.

Now Adlabs is producing a new film in Tamil and Hindi. This film is titled Yavarum Nalam in Tamil. Madhavan will be the hero of this film. �Alai� Vikram is directing this film.

Heroine has not yet been selected. The trio Shankar-Ehsan-Loy will score music for this film both in Hindi and in Tamil.
