Sethurama Iyer is back!
For the first time in the history of Indian cinema, a film is having its fourth sequel. Sethurama Iyer, the intelligent CBI officer played brilliantly by Mammootty in Oru CBI Diary Kurippu (1987) is now going to have its fourth sequel!
Its writer S.N.Swamy and director K.Madhu created the character of Sethurama Iyer which became so popular among the audience of Kerala. So far the three sequels- Oru CBI Diary Kurippu (1987) Jagratha (1991) and Sethurama Iyer CBI (2003) were all super hits.
Now the fourth part will be ready for Onam 2005. The shooting will start on June 1 in Kochi. This film will have the regulars Mukesh and Jagathy including Thilakan, Nedumudi Venu and Gopika will play the female lead. Shyam will provide the same background score while Salu George is the cameraman. This film is produced by director K.Madhu and distributed by Swargachitra.
