Sada v/s Ria Sen in 'Janmam'?

Nayantara walked out of 'Janmam' because she was asked to act in couple of scenes too and she didn't want to do it because she was worried that it would drastically affect her image as one of the leading heroines in South India.

Initially, there were reports that director Joshi had decided to bring in 'Anniyan's heroine Sada as a replacement. Sada's career is on a major downslide in Tamil and Telugu and she was happy to accept this offer because it would give her a chance to explore the Malayalam movie scenario. But it now looks as if she just might have a competition for the role.

The sensuous Ria Sen was last seen in the Prithviraj-Kavya Madhavan starrer 'Ananthabhadran'. After the film, she went back to Bollywood. There are rumors that she just might step in to play the role in 'Janmam'.

The director was searching for a glamorous and well-established actress to play the role. The Malayalam audience is very familiar with Ria Sen and her extremely glamorous performance in 'Ananthabhadram'.

In another few days, we'll know if Ria makes it to the film.
