Nayantara turns �plain Tara�
Nayanatara who is slowly turning out to be the glamour doll of Kollywood is doing a totally deglamourised role with Mammootty in Rappakal. This film directed by Kamal has Sarada, Balachandra Menon and Geetu Mohandas also in the cast.
In Rappakal Nayantara plays Malavika, a servant maid in a large household sans any make-up and old clothes. Says Nayan: �It is a performance oriented role which has given me immense satisfaction�.
In the film she had to sweep the floors, feed the cows and play maid to Geetu Mohandas and Maheswari. Adds Nayan with a smile: �Even Mamootty sir is a servant wearing a lungi. The film is shaping out well�.
