Navya, Bala in Kalabham

Arjun lands before Sivarama Bhagavathar to learn music. He is handsome, charming and above all owner of a voice which entices all.

Sivakami, daughter of Bhagavathar got attracted to this voice. Bhagavathar, a respectable person also works as a temple priest and has Parthasarathy to assist him. Parthasarathy has an eye on Sivakami but has never disclosed this to her.

Sivakami one day opened her heart to Arjun and Bhagavathar was shattered when he came to know about the affair.

The shooting of Anil Babu's Kalabham is fast progressing in Thenkasi. The main location is a Brahmin street (agraharam) in Sundarapandyapuram.

Jagathy Sreekumar dressed in white like Yesudas enacts the role of Erachi Mani. Arun plays Venkidi who controls the whole village.

The film has Manikuttan, Thilakan, Gayathri, Bhavani Mohan, Baburaj, Kalpana and many others.

Bala plays Arjun, Navya as Sivakami and Manikuttan dons the role of Parthasarathy.

Music director late Ravindran had composed music for five songs penned by S Rameshan Nair and Vayalar Sharatchandra Varma. Ananda Kuttan handles camera for the film.

The film is produced by Dr N R Harikumar under the banner of Ananthika Pictures.
