Mohanlal in Blessy's film!
Mohanlal is inflected by Alzeimer�s disease in off-beat director Blessy�s new film Thanmatra for which shooting will start in Thiruvananthapuram from September 1.
Alzeimer�s disease is a disorder which causes mental deterioration in middle or old age (remember that Amitabh suffered from Alzeimer�s disease in Black). Blessy is the most promising young director in Malayalam who gave that critically acclaimed Kazhcha which also won Mammootty many awards.
Now Mohanlal is all excited about Thanmatra which is being produced by Century Films who are making a comeback into production after 10 years.
A visibly excited Mohanlal said �I am very excited about this film in which I play Ramesan a state secretariat employee who suffers from Alzeimer�s disease�.
The film will also have two talented actors Nedumudi venu and Jagathy Sreekumar along with a new heroine This film will be Mohanlal�s Christmas release. Blessy has asked Mohanlal to reduce at least 5 kilos for Thanmatra
