Mamta Mohandas is born and brought up in Bahrain. She made her presence in Mollywood with some films some time ago. She was also seen in the Malayalam film 'Big B' with Mammootty. But she is now busy with films and playback singing in Telugu. She is now a busy actor and has now decided to cut down on her singing assignments. She wants to concentrate on her acting career. She will soon make a comeback in Malayalam films. The new film will be shot entirely in the United Arab Emirates.
