Mammootty injured
Mammootty suffered a mild injury on his right hand yesterday, as the car he travelled in was hit by a private bus .
The incident took place at Vazhavara near Kattappana in Idukki district. Mammootty was driving from the resort where he was staying to the location of Blessy's Palunku at Thopramkudy.
Fortunately Mammootty survived with minor injuries. He was given first aid in a private hospital at Kattappana town and he is expected to join the shooting from Sunday.
According to the doctors, he had a minor shoulder injury.
Mammootty, who has a craze for cars, always likes to drive his own car. He was in his Skoda Octavia when hit by the speeding privatebus.
Meanwhile, Mammootty is happy with the responses that his latest film 'Karutha Pakshikal' is getting.
