Madhavan celebrates birthday!
Happy Birthday to Maddy! The actor celebrates his birthday today (June 1)
Madhavan aka Maddy is on a roll. His Tanu Weds Manu is 2011's biggest Bollywood hit.
In the endorsement and ad market, he is still one of the top ten celebrity models in the country.
Maddy hasn't signed any new film after the stupendous success of TWM, as he is choosy.
The actor has only one live project in Tamil, Lingusamy's Vettai at the moment. The star says he has no qualms about sharing screen space as long as he is given equal recognition, though at the end of the day he would like to do lead roles.
On the eve of his birthday, Maddy who was shooting for an ad in Kochi in an interview to a national agency said: "I'm known for my acting skills and doing good roles. So I have to wait for the perfect opportunity. I can't dance like Hrithik. Neither do I have a six-pack that I can take up any role."
