Suresh Gopi�s much hyped, violent love story Lanka was passed with an ` UA` certificate. The film was given an `UA` for its theme and glamour.
Suresh Gopi plays a rich Casavova in Lanka who is a womanizer and there are some hot scenes with Mamta Mohandas including a lip-to-lip kissing in the climax, which is very crucial for the story.
It seems a lot of top actresses in Malayalam had refused the role due to this kissing scene. Now Lanka is set for release on February 24 and producer Santhosh Damor believes that the film will open big as he is putting almost 40 prints and the publicity has also been aggressive.
The buzz is positive on Lanka and the audience are sure to throng the theatres to watch this entertainer shot lavishly in some exotic locales.
