Kalabhavan Mani in Ravanan
Kalabhavan Mani teams up with producer Aroma Mani once again for Ravanan in which he plays a police officer. Jojo K. Varghese who was an associate to director Bhadran is debuting as director.
Ravanan is a murder mystery and how Ravanan Varghese alias S.P. Antony Varghese, hunts down the killers using his brain and brawn. Jagathy Sreekumar plays a sub-inspector assisting him in the case. There are all commercial ingredients like action, sentiments, suspense and songs in the right mix.
Nemom Pushparaj who is also the art director of the film plays a crucial role while the cast includes Madhu Warrier, Sudhish, Nishant Sagar, Sreejith, Kollam Thulasi, Madhu, Rajan P.Dev, and Megha Jasmine.
The script is by Biju Devasia and Venugopalan is the cameraman. The lyrics of Kaithapram are set to music by M. Jayachandran.
