I will return to acting - Laila

Laila is married and settled in Mumbai, but the acting bug has still not left her. She wants to get back to the screen in another year or so.

Why is Laila back in the news? The 'Sabari' unit has called up Laila in Mumbai. She has acted with Vijayakanth in 'Kallazhagar' but she has turned down the offer this time. Laila is open to acting in romantic films and art films.

After being a busy actress, how has Laila adapted to being a homebody? "I rest a lot and sleep a lot too. I travel with my husband sometimes. Most importantly, I have learnt cooking. My husband's favorite non-veg dishes are the chicken dishes I make!"

All this cooking and domesticity is for one year after which she plans to return to acting. Looks like she has not thought about whether she will get offers or not!

Laila seems to have a lot of trust in Tamil cinema!
