I'll act with Thangar again - Navya

Navya Nair's recent statement has surprised many in the film industry. A few weeks ago, the director/producer/hero of her new Tamil film, Thangar Bachchan, had complained that she was creating hurdles during the film's shooting. An ugly battle ensued.

Finally, it turned out that the dispute started when Navya's hair-dresser had demanded her daily wages of Rs 600. For a mere Rs 600, he had almost tarnished her image and had risked her future as an actress.

But Navya now claims that she wouldn't mind acting with him if he calls her again. "I had agreed to do the role for a very low pay. I had acted in about 26 films in Malayalam. Some of the producers haven't paid me yet.

"There was a problem due to my hair dresser. But I didn't want a good film to get stuck because of that and so I completed it. When I offered to dub for the film, Bachchan refused. He was the director. So, I respect his decision," she said.

Will you act with him again?

Why wouldn't I? I'm concerned only with my role. It doesn't matter who brings the role to me.
