I wanted to marry Mohanlal - Kavya Madhavan

Kavya Madhavan confesses that she was very serious about getting married to Malayalam superstar Mohanlal a few years back.

"I was four years old then. I couldn't even pronounce his name properly but I wanted to get married to Mohanlal. My relatives used to make fun of me and say that he was interested in someone else. I used to get very angry and then they would pacify me," Kavya Madhavan said.

When she started acting, many came to know about this particular obsession. "I was dubbing for 'Kochu Kochu Santoshangal' when I saw director Sathyan Andhikaat speak to someone over the phone. It was distracting me. He gave the phone to me and said Mohanlal was on the other side. That was the first time I spoke to him.

"Since then I have acted in three films with him. In the first film, 'Onnaman', we didn't have many combination shots. In the second film, 'Vadakomnathan', things didn't change much either. I was his sister in the film," she said.
