Fast Track postponed!
Santa Claus with his box-office goodies will not be visiting the Dileep household this Christmas. His proposed Christmas release Fast Track has been postponed indefinitely!
After the stupendous success of Chanthupottu, Dileep was depending a lot on debutant S.Y.Surya directed Fast Track (earlier Speed) in which he plays an athlete and has Gajala as heroine.
Subair the producer of the film is facing financial problems as his earlier film Udayon with Mohanlal bombed and he has to pay back hefty amount to theatres from whom he had taken advance! Adding to his woes, theatres are now refusing to fund him further for this Dileep film, till he settle old dues.
Dileep has to complete one more schedule for Fast Track and then finish Lion which he is now distributing it himself. Dileep plans to start work on his new romantic comedy for director Kamal from December 27 in which he is paired with Gopika.
