Balu Mahendra with Kamal?
Director Gautaman has directed a documentary on the life of the writer and Sahithya Academy winner Neela Padmanabhan. The documentary was very recently released and Balu Mahendra and Kamal Haasan took part in it as special invitees. Balu Mahendra expressed his desire to produce a movie on Neela Padmanabhan�s novel Madhigal. Kamal replied that he enjoyed reading Neela Padmanabhan�s novel and he will continue to read all of Neela�s works. Balu Mahendra has hit up on the idea of signing Kamal Haasan with the hero�s role in the film Madhigal. Balu waits for the right time to consult this with Kamal and to gain his approval. If Kamal approves this, it will be Balu Mahendra and Kamal Haasan combination after a long time in the Kollywood industry.
