Asin signs Colgate!

Asin is slowly becoming a teen icon down south. Now she has been snapped up by Colgate to be their brand ambassador for their new range of toothpaste. And guess who is endorsing for the product in North? Well, it is the Bollywood�s cool-dude Saif Ali Khan.

The savvy actress is on a roll as she had two blockbusters Ghajini and Sivakasi in 2005 one after another, which has made her a role-model for the youth in Tamilnadu and Kerala. So the pretty actress with her toothy smile was the right choice for Colgate.

According to a source in the ad world, Asin has been paid a bomb to be Colgate�s brand ambassador. In fact after the success of Ghajini, plenty of local textile and jewellery ads promising ridiculous amounts came her way, but the smart girl was extremely choosy and determined to sign only multinational ads.

This boosted her exclusivity as she is now only endorsing Fairever fairness cream for Calvin Klein.
