Wedding bells for Gopika?

Gopika, who rose to fame by dancing to the tunes of ‘Lajjavathiye’ is readypreparing to get married. The actress, in a recent interview, made it clear that as soon a wuitable groom is found, she will get married in August-September this year.

She is making the most important decision in her life while her latest release Annan Thampi is still running to packed houses. In Tamil, her earlier movie Vellithirai is being termed as a hit. She sets aside questions as to why she wants to quit films at this time when her career is at its peak by saying she believes in quitting when everything is going well. She gave the example of Gavaskar who retired after hitting a century.

Gopika has not committed to any more films and her family is on the lookout for a suitable match. Her father is said to have scheduled her marriage in 2008 long back, in 2001, and the actress is said to be honouring her father's wishes.

Gopika has two more movies to be released; Twenty:20 and Veruthe Oru Bharya.
