Kavya says 'No' to Bikini suits

Nobody would have ever thought that a serious actress like Kavya Madhavan would someday get approached by a filmmaker to don a bikini suit!!! But the impossible happened recently.

Her new film 'Sadhu Miranda' has become a big hit in Tamil. After losing weight, she sure looked very beautiful and charming in the film. Encouraged by it and by her sudden popularity, she began getting plenty of offers from Tamil and Telugu. Kavya had said that she doesn't mind doing glamorous roles as long as they aren't vulgar.

But, since she didn't define vulgarity, the actress was in for some rude shocks.

She was offered a film in Telugu under Allari Naresh's direction. She was going to be the heroine and was also offered Rs 15 Lakhs for the project. It was only after accepting the offer did she realize that she will have to sport a swimsuit in one of the scenes.

Kavya Madhavan refused and returned the advance.
