Jyothirmayi in Kannada

Jyothirmayi is busy acting in the film Arai En 305-il Kadavul, the shooting for which is being taken in Chennai.

In this film her role is called Mess Bhuvana. Jyothirmayi refused to disclose with whom she is pairing in the film.

She is also acting in a Malyalam film titled Adayalangal directed by N.G Sasi. This film is about the life of popular writer Nandanar who lived in 1940 in Kerala.

Govind Padma Surya is acting as Nandanar and Jyothirmayi as Nandanar's friend. Jyothirmayi is also acting with Jayaram in a film to be directed by Anil.

For the first time ever she has been booked in a Kannada film. She is to act opposite Shivraj Kumar in this film.

Jyothirmayi says that she understands Tamil to some extent but she doesn't know even a bit of Kannada. She is now in the process of learning Kannada.

She adds that she is waiting for the heroine chance in Tamil. She is also firm that she would not dance for a single song like how she did for the film Idhaya Thirudan.
