7Am Arivu arriving in July?

A.R. Murugadoss' much awaited 7Am Arivu (Seventh Sense), starring Suriya and Shruti Haasan in lead roles, will reportedly grace theatres in July. Music composed by Harris Jayaraj is likely to hit stands in mid June.

The latest buzz is that the film is made with a whopping budget of Rs. 84 crores. Interestingly, this is also the highest budget film in Suriya's career till date. Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin and director Murugadoss approached US based Stan Winston Studios, which has created some mesmerizing graphics in Cameroon's Avatar and Shankar's Enthiran, for the visual effects. The star cast of 7Am Arivu includes Abhinaya, Avinash, Jai, and Johny Tri Nguyen. The technical team includes Ravi K. Chandran (cinematography) and Anthony Gonsalves (editing).

The film is based on the life of a circus artiste and Suriya plays the role of a trapeze artiste cum animal trainer. Sources reveal that Suriya will be seen in a dual role, playing a contemporary character in one scene and another (through flashback) in a previous birth. There are also reports that Shruti Haasan will play the role of a scientist in the film.
