Bhama is an Indian film actress born on 23 May 1988, who has mainly appeared in Malayalam films, who also stepped in to Kannada cinema industry, due to her immense talent and beauty. The big eyed beauty, who looks very young, lost her father recently, who supported her to the best. She made her debut through the movie 'Nivedyam' which was directed by AK Lohitadas, in an inspirational way.

She is from Manarkadu near Kottayam. She is the daughter of late Rajendra Kurup.She has two sisters, both elder to her.Her mother is a housewife. Before her entry into the film industry, she was the host of a popular show on Kairali TV titled 'Thaali'. She has also acted in a Christian devotional album. Director Lohithadas, whom she considers her Mentor/Guru cast her in Nivedyam, her first movie. Her second film was Hareendran Oru Nishkalankan directed by Vinayan, in which she was cast opposite Manikuttan.

Bhama was seen in another super hit film titled as 'Cycle' which was directed by Johnny Anthony. The movie was directed in a special way and was touted as a first genuine hit of the year 2008. Bhama will be seen in Malayalam film 'Ellam Avan Seyal' which was in the year 2008.

Bhama will be seen making her debut in Kannada film 'Modhala Sala' which is being produced by Karnataka talkies.
