Many people may not remember but Urmila has acted in a T.V serial called 'Titliayan' on Doordarshan in the early eighties. She has also acted in two video films of Nari Hira's Hiba films "Kala Sindoor" and "Tumhare sahare".
Urmila has acted in two advertisements in the past for products COCORAJ and LUX beauty soap. and recently for DeBeers diamond advertisement.
