Kunchacko Boban, who�s identified as a lover-boy seems to be on the verge of taking a new turn in his acting career with some meaningful roles. It was like a streak of lightning Boban Kunchako came to Malayalam screen. His first film Aniyathipravu with Shalini clicked. Niram with Shalini and Jomol became a super hit. He became a hot property in campus. But the campus dropped him fast for he could not fulfill the fast and ever-changing aspirations of the young generation. He became redundant the moment he came out of college.

He badly wanted a change of image. It was Satyan Anthikad who gave him a fresh breath of air in Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka. Soon super stars failed to draw crowd and a few directors introduced youngsters. Boban Kunchako was in circulation once again. He felt Narendran Makan... did well to his career. Chances started coming his way. His next film is Mayamohitachandran directed by Shibu. He is presently acting in Snehitan by Jose Thomas and Samam by Sivaprasad.
