1. Save the .jpg file on your c: drive.
2. Go to the folder where you have saved the .jpg file
3. Go to your desktop, click on the right mouse button and click on "Properties".
4. Choose "Background"
5. On the right side you will find a menu called "Wallpaper".
6. Click on "browse" and locate the downloaded wallpapers.
7. Click on the one you would like to choose.
8. Confirm twice through clicking on "OK". Done!
