Simran out of Kuselan

Initially it was said that Simran will act in the film Kuselan to be directed by P Vasu with Rajini in the lead. But later it was known that Simran will not be Rajini�s heroine but will act opposite Pasupathi in the film.

When director P Vasu had approached Simran she had laid many conditions to act in the film. The director did not like this and so he opted not to have Simran in the film. Now it is said that either Meena or Tabu will act in that role. This is the second time, Simran is missing a chance to act in a Rajini film.

First, she was the one selected to act as Chandramukhi in the film Chandramukhi. But as she was pregnant she couldn�t do that role. Luck was in favor of Jyothika who bagged the role and won acclaims for her performance in it.
