Prajapathi released

Mammootty�s big budget action movie Ranjith directed Prajapathy has been cleared by censors with a U certificate. The film opens big on Thursday (June 15) in nearly 52 screens all over Kerala.

Last time when Mammootty paired with Ranjith (Black) it rocked and was a huge hit. Prajapathy is a typical formula film in which Mammooty plays a larger-than-life role with action, punchlines and high drama.

Siraj the producer of Rajamanickam and Mammootty are also teaming up once again and they are taking a calculated risk by releasing the film bang in the middle of FIFA World Cup and monsoon season in Kerala. No major film has ever released during June as it�s raining in Kerala but Siraj and Mammootty are confident about the film.

Meanwhile in a bid to boost the publicity of the film, Mammootty had a photo session in Kochi, where he wore the jerseys of countries like Brazil and Argentina two popular teams with huge fan base in Kerala. The stills of Mammootty in jersey playing football will be used to promote the film.
