Nila - Red hot!

Move over Nayantara, Asin, Gopika and Renuka Menon, Meera Chopra is all set to be the next sex symbol of Kollywood. She was working in an ad agency in Delhi before S.J.Suryah spotted her and rechristened her as Nila for his Ah..Aah.

Nila is red hot now as industry pundits are predicting that she will be the next big thing in south. Remember that North Indian girls have always made it big like Kushboo, Nagma, Simran and Jyothika. They say that Malayalee girls do not have the fair skin and glamour like North Indian girls.

Peope who saw the rushes of Ah Aah says that Nila oozes glamour and the scene in which Suryah teaches her how to wear a saree, is going to be a voyeurs delight!

Before her debut film is released Nila became the heroine of Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi�s brother Pawan Kalyan in the Dharani directed big budget Bangaram. There is a song sequence where Meera gets into a lotus pond and comes out completely drenched which is said to be the highlight!

Recently when a leading producer approached her to do his next film, Meera quoted Rs 25 Lakhs without batting an eyelid and got it! It is an amount that no newcomer has asked and got.

Meanwhile the industry grapevine is abuzz with rumours that she has bagged a Hindi film opposite Abhishek Bachchan.
