Jayaram as CBI officer Nair

Jayaram is in Ooty these days, busy with the works of his latest Tamil film, 'Paramashivam'.

Along with Jayaram, there were Ajith, Laila, Vivek and the rest of the crew. Jayaram plays the role of CBI officer Nair. More than Jayaram, we were curious about Ajith's drastic weight loss. What was his reaction when he saw the much-leaner version of Ajith?

"He says he lost all the weight by sticking to a very strict diet and lot of exercise. But the director is very happy because his lean frame suits the role very much," he said. Ajith plays the role of a prisoner. Jayaram is the CBI officer who helps Ajith escape from the prison and then infiltrate a terrorist organization. Jayaram is happy because his role is almost as important as that of the hero's.

Laila is the heroine and Prakashraj appears in another important role.
