Ghajini goes big!

A.R.Murugadas directed Ghajini is turning out to be an action extravaganza and by the time it hits the theatres the film will cost around Rs 9 to 10 Crore including print and publicity!

It is going to be Surya biggest film in which he will be doing a full-fledged action hero role with two glamourous ladies- Asin and Nayantara. The stills from the film look amazing and have been able to create hype around the film.

Says producer Salem Chandrasekhar: "The audio launch of Ghajini will be on August 10. Harris Jayaraj's songs are all going to be chartbusters". Chandrasekhar has blown a lot of money to give the film a sophisticated and chic look.

In the film, Surya plays Sanjay Ramaswamy one of the richest Indians in the world, who flies around in his private jet for which the producer hired an aircraft and stationed it in Bangalore airport at a whopping cost of Rs 5 Lakhs per day for a week!

A fleet of imported cars were also hired at a cost of Rs 2 Lakhs per day and Surya wears all designer outfits from leading fashion designers. The film is likely to release by September 10 and is hot in the trade.
