Snehithan telling a love suspense story of youths,that have heared ever. It is also a story of a charming girl Malavika, who get ready to marry her lover Anand at Sub-Register office. But her lover not came there. Malavika resist to go alone to home. Then her old classmate, Joji taking a risk to help Malavika he pretented as her lover Anand and go with her. Here starts the cinema Snehithan with full of suspense and go through the tensed life of Malavika and Anand.

But Malavika's cousin gets some doubt about the unnatural behaviour of Joji. At the same time Anu the real lover of Joji misunderstood him. This lead to the marriage of Anu and Anand. This news makes mental shock to Joji and Malavika. Rectification of these problems is the theam of Snehithan.

Joji is a strong and different charecter of Kunchacko Boban. Krishna acting as Anand and new actress Nandana as Malavika. The charecter Anu presented by Preethi Vijayakumar. Innocent, Cochin Hhaneefa, N.F. Varghees, Premkumar, Hareesree Ashokan Sukumari, Valsala Menon, Deepika, Ambika Mohan are playing important role in Snehithan.

Snehithan is produced and released by Salim Sathar, under the banner Achees films and is directed by Jose Thomas. Story by Udaya Krishna - Siby.K.Thomas Yusaf Ali Kecheri's lirics tuned by Mohan Sithara.
